Josh Dell
Welcome! I’m a writer and editor focusing on food, wine and the weird/wonderful. I also run events at Brit Pop, bringing together British chefs with British winemakers
Since August 2024 I’ve been based in Paris, where I studied at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. I document most of what I’m up to on Instagram.
My background is in print/digital journalism and public affairs. I’ve worked as a reporter in the Middle East, led advocacy campaigns that changed the law, and developed editorial teams from scratch. For all of this in more detail, check out my LinkedIn.
I have previously written for Vice, WIRED UK, The Telegraph and The Sunday Times.
